Pork Fried Rice Recipe Chinese Food - Absolute perfection using Char Siu Chinese BBQ Pork Pork and Marinade: 1 - 1/2 pounds pork shoulder 1/4 cup Char Siu sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce Mix in ziplock bag and marinate for 2 days minimum in refrigerator BBQ on grill on low turning every 10 minutes until outside turns crispy Remove fatty portions Slice lean pieces into 1" x 1/4" in. slices Preparation: In low heat add pork fat into 2 tablespoons oil. Render down fat for 30 minutes and remove rendered pork. Heat wok on high. Add 2 scrambled egg. Cook until 50% done then add 3 cups cooked rice. Scrape off egg from bottom of wok. Add pork and soy sauce to taste. Cook until done then add green onion and a dash of sesame oil
